According to the decision of the Board of the Central Bank of Republic of Armenia dated March 28, 2008, CJSC VTB Leasing was registered and licensed as a credit institution offering lending services. The sole shareholder in CJSC VTB Leasing (Armenia) is JSC VTB-Leasing, Russia’s largest leasing company. Mr. V.Ovsyannikov was appointed General Director of CJSC VTB Leasing (Armenia).

The Company’s mission is to support technical modernization and increased competitiveness of rapidly growing companies in the Republic of Armenia through providing such companies with an effective and affordable method of acquisition and modernization of production assets.

The Company’s objectives are to increase the number of clients of subsidiaries of JSC VTB-Leasing and the VTB Group as a whole and to attain leadership position in the leasing services sector in Armenia.
