OJSC VTB-Leasing Re-Registers Its Subsidiary in Cyprus
On May 15, 2008, OJSC VTB-Leasing’s subsidiary in Cyprus was re-registered. Now, VTB LEASING (EUROPE) LIMITED operates instead of Verulamium Finance Limited.
The sole shareholder in VTB Leasing (EUROPE) Ltd. is OJSC VTB-Leasing, Russia’s largest leasing company.
The Company’s mission is assistance to re-equipment and improving the competitiveness of vigorously growing enterprises through providing an efficient accessible mechanism for acquisition and upgrading of basic production assets.
The Company’s objective is to provide international leasing services.
The core specialization as of today is aircraft and freight motor transport leasing.
