According to the decision of the Federal Service for Financial Markets dated 27 March, 2009, an additional issue of shares (registered non-documentary (book-entry) shares) of OJSC "VTB-Leasing" was officially registered.

The number of securities in the additional issue is: 51 612 (fifty one thousand six hundred and twelve).

Par value of each share in the additional issue is:   31 000 (thirty one thousand) Russian rubles.

Shares are placed via a closed subscription.

Total value of additional issue of shares (at par): 1 599 972 000 (one billion five hundred ninety nine million nine hundred and seventy two thousand) Russian rubles.

Additional issue of shares was registered under the state registration number 1-01-50040-А-001D.

JSC Bank VTB is the sole shareholder in OJSC "VTB-Leasing". JSC Bank VTB paid in full for the securities issued on March 31, 2009.
