Amendments #6 to the Charter of OJSC "VTB-Leasing" Registered
In accordance with amendments #6 to the Charter of OJSC "VTB-Leasing" (registered on 04 May 2009) the Company’s charter capital is equal to 2 219 972 000 (two billion two hundred nineteen million nine hundred and seventy two thousand) rubles 0 kopeks.
The charter capital is split into 71 612 (Seventy one thousand six hundred and twelve) common registered shares each with a par value of 31 000 (thirty one thousand) rubles 0 kopeks.
JSC Bank VTB is the sole shareholder in OJSC "VTB-Leasing".
